Return Policy
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Please take care when trying on items. Returns must be in a fully resellable condition.
How to return
To start a return, contact us at help@trendymen.co.uk.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Return labels must be used within 7 days of issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued after inspection
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless faulty or incorrect item)
- If a return causes the original order to no longer qualify for a promotional offer, bundle discount, or minimum spend promotion, the applicable discount may be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Free returns apply to most items. The following exceptions apply:
Underwear
- Must be unworn and in original sealed packaging with tags intact
- Not eligible for free return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage
General conditions
- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition
- Returns with signs of wear or missing packaging may be refused
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us at help@trendymen.co.uk before returning your item.
All exchanges are subject to a £5 re-dispatch fee. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and shipping the replacement item. The fee will be invoiced upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.
EU customers (14-day cooling-off period)
If your order is delivered to the EU, you may return within 14 days in line with consumer regulations.
